Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using VaulTag ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

VaulTag provides blockchain-based product authentication services including:

• Product certification with NFT minting on Polygon blockchain
• Quick Check AI-powered authenticity analysis
• Digital certificates and physical NFC tags
• Brand API for bulk certification

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at hello@vaultag.io.

4. Payments and Refunds

• All payments are processed securely by Stripe
• Prices are displayed in GBP, EUR, or USD based on your location
• Digital certificates are non-refundable once issued
• Physical products: contact us within 14 days for returns
• Quick Check fees are non-refundable

5. Certification Accuracy

VaulTag uses AI analysis and expert review to assess product authenticity. However:

• We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of authentication results
• Certificates represent our assessment based on provided materials
• We are not liable for counterfeit products that pass verification
• Fraudulent submissions will result in account termination without refund

6. Blockchain Records

NFT certificates minted on Polygon blockchain are permanent and cannot be deleted. Certificate transfers and status updates are recorded but the original certificate remains on-chain.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use VaulTag to:

• Submit counterfeit products for certification
• Create false or misleading certificates
• Attempt to hack, scrape, or abuse the platform
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

8. Intellectual Property

VaulTag and its logo are trademarks of VaulTag. You may not use our branding without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VaulTag shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our Service.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
